Cleetus IDE Preview License Version 1.0 — October 30, 2026 Copyright (c) 2026 SnowBiz. 1. Scope This license applies only to proprietary portions of Cleetus IDE builds that expressly identify this license in their accompanying notices (the Software). The Licensor is SnowBiz. It does not replace the Apache License 2.0 for Cleetus code or releases already provided under that license, or replace any third-party or open-source license. 2. Free personal and commercial use The Licensor grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge license to install and use the Software for personal and commercial purposes, including development for your employer or customers. An organization may make the Software available to its authorized personnel for these purposes and keep reasonable installation and backup copies. No paid subscription or per-seat fee is required for the covered preview build. This grant is perpetual for the build you received, subject to compliance with this license. 3. Ownership and limits The Software is licensed, not sold. Rights in its proprietary portions remain with their respective owners. This license does not grant access to proprietary source code, a right to sublicense or publicly redistribute those portions, or a right to use Cleetus names or logos to imply endorsement. You may not remove applicable copyright, license, or attribution notices. These limits do not restrict rights granted by an applicable open-source license or rights that applicable law does not allow the Licensor to restrict. You retain your rights in your projects, data, and other materials. This license does not transfer those materials to the Licensor. 4. Future versions, services, and third-party costs Future versions, editions, support, or hosted services may be offered under different terms or for a fee. Such terms apply only when you separately obtain or agree to them. They do not impose a retroactive fee on use of a preview build already granted under this license. No future update, support period, hosting, or continued availability of an external service is promised. Engine subscriptions, model/API usage, cloud accounts, and other third-party services are separate. Their providers' licenses, access rules, and charges remain applicable. The Software does not grant or resell access to them. 5. Open-source and third-party components Components identified as open source or third-party software remain governed by their respective licenses and notices. Where this license conflicts with rights granted by such a license, that component's license controls. Preserve the accompanying LICENSE, NOTICE, and third-party attribution materials. This license does not withdraw rights previously granted under Apache-2.0. 6. Termination Your license to the proprietary portions terminates if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach within 30 days after written notice from the Licensor. On termination, stop using and delete those proprietary portions. Rights you hold under separate open-source licenses are unaffected. 7. Warranty and liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Preview software may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and testing changes to your projects. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business arising from use or inability to use the Software. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. 8. Acceptance By installing or using proprietary Software expressly distributed under this license, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use those proprietary portions. Applicable open-source license rights remain available independently.
